Many workplace conflicts simply arise from the way individuals communicate and interact with one another.Transactional Analysis is a social psychology framework and offers a method to improve communication.  Using TA to identify how poor communication can result in inter-personal conflict can help individuals to modify the way in which they communicate and avoid this conflict.

This second article outlining the basics of TA and how it can be applied in the workplace expands upon an earlier article on this topic.
