Organisational design is concerned with aligning a business's structure, strategy, tactics and processes with its vision and overall objectives. Ensuring that building blocks fit together correctly is key to ensuring an organisation's success. Typically this makes use of a high level model such as a balanced business scorecard to achieve a clear line of sight between the way in which the business and those employed within it behave and operate and these objectives.
