This template should be used to confirm to an individual that his or her role has been provisionally selected for redundancy. Although redundancies are not subject to the mandatory requirements of the ACAS Code of Practice #1 we believe that is is 'best practice' to follow the Code and allow the employee to be accompanied at meetings and to have the right of appeal.
