This template may be used to notify an employee of a scheduled disciplinary meeting that may result in his or her dismissal. The template assumes that previous warnings have been given and that these warnings are still current (i.e. issued within the preceding 12 months). The alternative sanction of a further final warning is included as it is best practice to consider an alternative sanction to dismissal as an outcome of the meeting.
